Within 1-3 business days once order is paid for; however, this does not include holidays and weekends. If a presale occurs, it will take a bit longer.
If you happen to live in an area where this often occurs, we can offer a signature confirmation option at an extra cost to you. If your package is stolen, there is no way for us to verify it since we go off of what the USPS tracking information says.
Yes. If your package happens to get lost in transit and the tracking information reflects this, your order will be replaced and sent off again.
For international shipping, please remember it is at your own risk. We guarantee them until after they have passed our customs clearance. Beyond that, it is out of control how postal services work in each country.
