Returns
We do not accept product returns. If there is an issue with your order, contact Clearwater Genetics for help.
Cancellation Requests
If you need to cancel an order, email us immediately with your order number. Cancellation requests are reviewed personally, and we will confirm whether the order can be cancelled. A request does not mean the order has been cancelled.
Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives with incorrect items, contact us promptly with your order number and photos showing what you received and the packaging. Once the issue is confirmed, we will reship the correct items at our cost.
Refunds and Other Order Issues
Contact Clearwater Genetics directly for missing or damaged items, refund requests, or other order concerns. We review these personally, case by case, using the order and delivery details. Replacement or additional packs may be offered as a resolution. We will confirm the agreed resolution with you directly.
